Applications Open Until February 18: Expanding Gender Equality Culture and Social Participation
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Ulsan City is accepting applications for this year's Gender Equality Fund support projects until February 18.
The projects aim to spread a culture of gender equality, enhance women's rights, and expand social participation, with a total support budget of 100 million KRW this year.
Each project can receive up to 20 million KRW in funding, and applicants must provide at least 10% of the total project cost as self-funding.
Eligible applicants include non-profit private organizations, non-profit corporations, city-affiliated investment and foundation institutions, research institutes, and school corporations located in Ulsan City. Only one project per organization will be selected for support.
Eligible projects include ▲expanding women's social participation ▲fostering healthy families ▲work-family balance and spreading a culture of gender equality ▲support projects for vulnerable groups ▲couple education programs ▲economic activity promotion projects for women with career interruptions ▲and other projects contributing to gender equality.
Organizations wishing to apply should prepare an application form and project plan and submit them in person or by mail to the Women's, Family, and Youth Division of Ulsan City Hall. The selection results will be individually notified to selected organizations by the end of March.
