[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] On Monday the 24th, the weather will be occasionally cloudy and mild nationwide. Rain or snow will fall until the morning in Gangwon Yeongdong, the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, and Jeju Island.

The expected precipitation (snowfall) from the rain and snow continuing since the previous day is 5-10mm in Gangwon Yeongdong, 5mm (1-5cm) in the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk and the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, and around 5mm in Jeju Island.

The morning low temperature is expected to be between -5 and 5 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 3 and 11 degrees Celsius.

In the case of the Gangwon mountains, the Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted a high possibility of a heavy snow warning being issued as the temperature is low and snow accumulates. The expected snowfall is 3-8cm.

Fine dust concentration will be ‘bad’ in Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, Chungnam, and Jeonbuk, and ‘good’ to ‘normal’ in other regions.
