[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyung-min] The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee unveiled gold bars and silver bars commemorating the Olympics on the 23rd.

According to the committee, the gold bars feature 3D engravings of athletes from representative winter Olympic sports, short track and cross-country skiing. The silver bars are engraved in 3D with athletes from 15 sports. The gold bars are sold in two types, 30g and 50g, while the silver bars are sold as a set of 15 sports.

The price of the gold bar set and the silver bar set are 26,800 yuan (approximately 4.8 million KRW) and 15,800 yuan (approximately 3 million KRW), respectively.
