Call for Proposals for 'Family Communication and Participation Project' to Promote Family Diversity and Equality Culture

Open Call from January 24 to February 16

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family is conducting a public contest for the 'Family Communication and Participation Project' aimed at improving family relationships, raising awareness of family diversity, and promoting an equal family culture.

The contest targets organizations or corporations that carry out projects to strengthen communication among family members, support social participation of family members, or enhance social acceptance of diverse families.

Selected projects will receive subsidies of up to 50 million KRW per project, considering the content and scope of the project. Operating organizations (corporations) will be selected based on their capability and expertise to carry out the project, including experience in family-related work.

The project fields for the contest include ▲ improving family relationships and strengthening communication between generations and neighbors ▲ enhancing the capabilities of diverse families and expanding social participation ▲ creating family- and care-friendly community and workplace cultures, and spreading a culture of equal work and care ▲ raising awareness of family diversity and promoting an equal family culture ▲ responding to new family service demands ▲ developing and operating new projects and programs reflecting the family life cycle.

Applications can be submitted from January 24 to February 16 by 6 p.m. through the National Subsidy Integrated Management System (e-Naradaum) website. Applications via mail or fax are not accepted.
