[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyung-min] On Sunday the 23rd, the whole country will be mostly cloudy, with relatively mild temperatures during the day.


The skies over the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, and the Chungcheong region will gradually clear from the afternoon.


As of 5 a.m., temperatures in major areas are as follows: Seoul -0.1°C, Incheon -0.4°C, Suwon 0.6°C, Chuncheon -3.2°C, Gangneung 0.7°C, Cheongju 3.0°C, Daejeon 2.6°C, Jeonju 3.7°C, Gwangju 5.5°C, Jeju 9.5°C, Daegu 1.8°C, Busan 6.3°C, Ulsan 3.2°C, Changwon 3.6°C.


The daytime high temperatures are forecasted to range from 4 to 13°C.


Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, and North Jeolla Province, while other regions will experience 'good' to 'moderate' levels. However, Sejong is expected to have temporarily 'very bad' levels in the morning.


Sea waves will be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
