President Moon emphasized the achievements, stating, "Egypt has experienced the decline of one of the oldest and most brilliant civilizations, but now it is entering a period of renewed leap forward," and "Through this summit, our companies will be able to participate more actively in Egypt's transportation and water resource infrastructure projects."
He continued, "We will also collaborate in eco-friendly and future industries such as electric vehicles, renewable energy, and seawater desalination," and forecasted, "The joint research on trade and economic partnership agreed upon by both countries will lead to the connection of free trade agreement (FTA) networks between the two nations."
President Moon stated, "Egypt is the host country of COP27 (United Nations Climate Change Conference) and has taken the lead in resolving conflicts in the Middle East region," and added, "We will closely cooperate to overcome the climate crisis and to promote peace in the international community."
