Another Residential Masterpiece, 'Hanwha Forena Pohang 2nd Phase' Model House Opens on 21st (Fri)

Hanwha Construction (construction), Samdo Housing (consignment), and Korea Asset Trust (trustee) will open the model house for "Hanwha Forena Pohang Phase 2," supplied in Heunghae-eup, Buk-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, on the 21st (Friday) and begin full-scale sales. However, due to the government's social distancing policy, only customers who make a reservation through the website can visit the model house.


The complex consists of 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 350 households, all featuring a highly preferred exclusive area of 84㎡ in a single housing type.


"Hanwha Forena Pohang Phase 2" is located at the center connecting the Seonggok and Iin districts, which are urban development projects under construction in Heunghae-eup, Buk-gu, Pohang-si. Last April, "Hanwha Forena Pohang," supplied in the Iin urban development project area, attracted 11,309 applicants due to high expectations for the large-scale new residential belt including Pentacity with about 18,000 households, Seonggok, Iin, and the KTX new city. Therefore, "Hanwha Forena Pohang Phase 2" is also expected to receive high interest from demanders.


Using the KTX, it takes about 30 minutes to Dongdaegu and about 2 hours and 30 minutes to Seoul. The promotion of the KTX Pohang~Suseo line will significantly improve access to the Gangnam area of Seoul. Yeongilman-daero, National Road No. 28, and National Road No. 7 are adjacent to the complex, making it convenient to move to major areas of Pohang, and access to the Iksan-Pohang Expressway via Seonggok IC is easy.


In addition, road construction is planned near the complex, including the Yeongdeok-Pohang Expressway Uhyun Intersection to Iin District section, which is expected to make city travel more convenient. It is also evaluated to have high future value as it is located at the center of the northern new residential belt.


"Hanwha Forena Pohang Phase 2" consists entirely of units with an exclusive area of 84㎡, which is the most preferred size by demanders, and enhances residential satisfaction by introducing an innovative flat-type floor plan. Designed as a 4Bay flat type for all households, "Hanwha Forena Pohang Phase 2" maximizes usability through selectable spaces (Alpha room or pantry) according to lifestyle, and depending on the free option selection, residents can choose either an Alpha room or a wide dining and pantry layout in the kitchen space.


Community facilities within the complex include a daycare center, senior citizens' center, book house, study room, Pilates studio, G.X room, wellness center, golf training center, and various other community facilities.


"Hanwha Forena Pohang Phase 2" is supplied at a price in the 300 million KRW range for all households to reduce the burden of home purchase for demanders. Additionally, balcony expansion is provided free of charge to further ease the burden. Interest-free loans for interim payments are also supported, so no additional capital input is required from contract payment until move-in.


The subscription schedule for "Hanwha Forena Pohang Phase 2" starts with special supply on February 4th (Friday), followed by the first priority subscription on the 7th (Monday). The announcement of winners will be on the 14th (Monday), and the official contract period will be held for three days from the 25th (Friday) to the 27th (Sunday).


The model house will operate both online (website) and offline, but offline visits are only possible for those who make a reservation through the website.


The move-in for "Hanwha Forena Pohang Phase 2" is scheduled for July 2024.
