Seo-gu has established detailed implementation plans for 12 items including ▲Operation of special quarantine week for Lunar New Year ▲Maintaining a flawless quarantine system ▲Providing uninterrupted medical services ▲Supporting marginalized neighbors ▲Price stabilization and revitalization of traditional markets ▲Safety of returning visitors and traffic flow ▲Management of various disasters and safety, and will operate a comprehensive situation room during the holiday period.
Additionally, during the holiday period, situation response teams in each sector will promote comprehensive measures so that residents can receive comfortable and prompt assistance in areas such as screening clinics, hygiene, cleaning, disaster and accident response, traffic, environmental pollution monitoring, advertising measures, and park management.
For residents who need official documents, 30 unmanned civil service issuance machines and a 365-day civil service office located on the first floor of Lotte Mart in the Sangmu district will operate from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., issuing documents such as resident registration certificates, seal certificates, and family relation certificates.
In addition to strengthening quarantine activities at multi-use facilities such as traditional markets, traffic measures for returning and departing visitors will be implemented, including crackdowns on illegal parking on surrounding roads and overnight parking of passenger and freight vehicles.
Cleaning response teams and advertising response teams will be operated to maintain a clean environment through garbage collection and removal of illegal advertisements.
To prepare for emergencies such as the occurrence of emergency patients, a medical response team will be organized, and screening clinics, epidemiological investigation teams, and quarantine response teams will be operated to ensure a safe Lunar New Year holiday from COVID-19.
A Seo-gu official said, “We will actively implement comprehensive measures to minimize residents’ inconveniences during the Lunar New Year holiday and do our best to prepare for various disasters and safety accidents.”
