[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Seven Eleven announced on the 21st that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the startup Oasis Business to build an advanced startup information system.
Oasis Business is a startup that provides commercial real estate valuation solutions using artificial intelligence (AI) and metaverse startup information, operating the virtual startup platform Ittdang. Seven Eleven plans to secure objective commercial district analysis information to increase the accuracy of franchise store sales forecasts.
Seven Eleven will receive data such as floating population analysis, surrounding store sales, lease conditions, and nearby vehicle traffic volume through AI based on big data owned by Oasis Business. This will prevent human errors that could have occurred and establish a sophisticated startup information system with reduced error margins. Starting with this service, direct consultation services with Seven Eleven headquarters will also be provided within the Ittdang application in the future.
A Seven Eleven official said, “Through the MOU with Oasis Business, a startup specializing in commercial real estate valuation solutions, more advanced digital-based commercial district analysis has become possible,” adding, “Our goal is to build a reliable startup information system and provide precise and accurate commercial district information that can minimize startup risks.”
