Narae Nanotech IPO Price Set at 17,500 Won... Subscription on 24-25th

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Display equipment company Narae Nanotech announced on the 20th that the public offering price was set at 17,500 KRW, the lower end of the desired range (17,500 KRW to 20,500 KRW), based on the results of the institutional demand forecast conducted on the 17th and 18th.


The total public offering amount is 54.3 billion KRW, and the market capitalization after listing is 193.5 billion KRW based on the offering price. A total of 371 domestic and international institutions participated in the demand forecast, recording a competition rate of 102.48 to 1.


Founded in 1990, Narae Nanotech is a specialized technology company in thin film coating, curing, and lamination. Its main products include precision coating equipment for photoresist (photosensitive solution) used in the manufacturing processes of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and liquid crystal display (LCD) panels, coating and curing equipment for flexible OLED substrate production, and module equipment such as inkjet printers.


Narae Nanotech plans to conduct a general public subscription on the 24th and 25th and is scheduled to be listed on the KOSDAQ market on the 8th of next month. The lead underwriter for the listing is Mirae Asset Securities.
