[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] SeAH Besteel announced on the 20th that it has decided to spin off all business divisions except for the investment business division, including special steel manufacturing, to establish a new company through a physical division.
The surviving company will be the investment business division under the tentative name SeAH Besteel Holdings, and the newly established company through the division will be the tentative named SeAH Besteel Co., Ltd., responsible for all business divisions except the investment business division, including special steel manufacturing.
The division date is April 1.
