Specialized Facilities Enhance Convenience in Residential Officetel 'Centreville335' Scheduled for Sale [Centreville 335 Perspective View]

Recently supplied residential officetels are gaining popularity by offering various specialized facilities and highly convenient designs in addition to the existing advantage of not requiring a subscription savings account. This is because they maximize space utilization and feature a fully furnished system that includes premium home appliances as standard, resulting in high resident satisfaction.

In particular, when built as residential products similar to apartments, they provide ample living space not only for single-person households but also for newlyweds and various other household types, attracting a wide range of demand groups.

In fact, residential officetel complexes recently supplied have attracted attention in the new year’s sales market amid high subscription competition rates. The ‘Centreville335,’ scheduled for sale in February, offers various specialized facilities, a two-room layout, and direct connection to Sillim Station.

Constructed by Dongbu Construction, ‘Centreville335’ will be built with a total of 335 units ranging from 51 to 62 square meters in exclusive area, spanning from 7 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors.

‘Centreville335’ is connected to Sillim Station on Subway Line 2 via an underground passage within the complex, allowing residents to reach Gangnam Station in just eight stops. Using the light rail Sillim Line, scheduled to open in May 2022, residents can reach Yeouido Saetgang Station in seven stops. This means that the Gangnam and Yeouido living areas can be accessed within about 10 minutes.

Additionally, ‘Centreville335’ is adjacent to Nambu Sunhwan-ro and Gangnam Sunhwan Urban Expressway, providing excellent accessibility throughout the metropolitan area. The ‘Sillim Bongcheon Tunnel,’ scheduled for completion in October 2023, will enable travel from the Nambu Sunhwan-ro Siheung Interchange to Geumcheon-gu Gangnam Sunhwan-ro Bongcheon Tunnel.

The living infrastructure is also well established. Within a 1 km radius of ‘Centreville335’ are lifestyle convenience facilities such as Lotte Department Store, Lotte Cinema, Boramae Hospital, Podo Mall, and Renaissance Shopping Mall. Nearby schools include Dangok Elementary, Nambu Elementary, Singwan Middle, and Seongbo Middle and High Schools, providing favorable educational conditions.

‘Centreville335’ will feature a two-room layout that maximizes efficiency and offers floor plans comparable to apartments. Various specialized spatial designs that provide convenience and comfort in daily life, such as dressing rooms and pantries, will be applied (varies by unit). Furthermore, a fully furnished system (varies by unit) will be provided, including Samsung’s premium Bespoke double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, induction cooktop, oven, and Wash Tower. Facilities such as a rooftop garden, community center, and electric vehicle charging stations have been introduced within the complex to enhance residential convenience.

Established in 1969, Dongbu Construction built a strong track record in architecture, civil engineering, and plants based on the Middle East construction boom. In the 2000s, it established itself as a leading housing company by constructing multi-family housing in major areas of Seoul under the housing brand ‘Centreville,’ ranking 9th in contract rankings in 2001. In 2021, it rose to 21st place in the construction capability evaluation, jumping 15 places from the previous year, demonstrating its stature as a prestigious construction company.

The ‘Centreville335’ model house is scheduled to open in February. Move-in is planned for the second half of 2024, and commercial facilities will be sold separately.
