[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Since the revision of the Electronic Signature Act, interest in the adoption of electronic signatures has increased, and the simple and secure 'USIGN (Yusain)' is gaining attention as the next-generation enterprise digital signature solution.
USIGN (Yusain) is an international standard digital signature solution that complements the security vulnerabilities of the existing paper seal signature process while retaining its advantages. With a single signature, it enables both a handwritten image signature and a PKI digital signature using a digital certificate simultaneously, creating an electronic document with the same legal effect as a paper document.
It can be used for all documents that verify the signer's identity through signatures, including various contracts such as labor contracts and transaction contracts, official documents, estimates, and reports. By adopting the international standard AATL certificate, a single signature holds valid legal effect not only domestically but also internationally.
USIGN is a build-to-suit solution tailored for corporate environments, providing internalized services within companies, significantly reducing the time and procedures required for electronic signatures. It has acquired patents related to hardware security modules (HSM) and digital signatures, securely storing the key, which is the core of security, and includes a function that automatically neutralizes malware if present inside the document.
Jeon Gwi-seon, CEO of Korea Enterprise Security, said, "USIGN is the only digital signature solution among domestic electronic signature solutions that can build an internalized system for enterprises, and the demand from companies seeking safe and simple signatures is increasing," adding, "Since we provide customized solutions according to corporate environments, we hope you will move toward a safe paperless era with USIGN."
