Computer and Electronics Shopping Mall 'Compuzone' Surpasses Annual Sales of 1 Trillion Won for 2 Consecutive Years

Computer and electronics shopping mall 'Compuzone' (CEO Inho Noh) announced that it has surpassed annual sales of 1 trillion won for two consecutive years for the first time in the related industry.

Compuzone recorded sales of 1.029 trillion won in 2020 and renewed its record with annual sales of 1.08 trillion won in 2021.

During 2021, Compuzone recorded a cumulative order volume of 2.6 million and over 2.9 million deliveries, with the total number of members exceeding 1.85 million.

The top five categories that played a pivotal role in Compuzone surpassing 1 trillion won in annual sales for two consecutive years are △Computer Components (38.75%) △Laptops & Tablets (12.23%) △Monitors (9.74%) △Printers, Office Supplies & Computer Consumables (7.36%) △Desktops & Servers (5.21%) in order.

Compuzone's remarkable achievements in 2021 are attributed to strengthening customer-centric operations by launching various events and new services to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

Following the 30th anniversary event in November last year, Compuzone held a special discount event for computer components called 'The Price is Crazy' in December. Additionally, it attracted customer participation through various events such as holding over 50 raffles for popular products including Nintendo Switch, graphics cards, and custom-built PCs.

Moreover, it offered various discount benefits according to payment methods such as credit cards and simple payments, and collaborated with over 4,200 partners to provide diverse benefits.

Furthermore, the significant improvement of services for customer convenience also contributed to growth. Compuzone continuously enhanced web service quality by renewing order payment, My Page, A/S, and consultation centers, and launched a Saturday visit reservation service at the Yongsan branch, allowing customers to pick up online orders or use A/S services on Saturdays.
