Hyundai Motor Company and Kia to Offer Special Free Inspections for Lunar New Year from January 26 to 28

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Hyundai Motor Company, Kia, and Genesis announced on the 20th that they will conduct a 'Lunar New Year Special Free Inspection Service' at service centers nationwide from the 26th to the 28th in celebration of the Lunar New Year holiday.

This free inspection service is available at 21 of Hyundai Motor's 22 nationwide High-Tech Centers (formerly service centers) (Suwon High-Tech Center is unavailable due to construction), 1,331 Blue Hands locations, Kia's 18 nationwide service centers, and 783 AutoQ locations.

Hyundai Motor and Kia will provide customers visiting service centers with free checks and services including engine and brake oil inspection, coolant inspection, brake pad inspection, tire wear and air pressure inspection, headlight and other lighting device inspection, and washer fluid refilling.

Customers wishing to receive inspections through Hyundai Motor's Blue Hands or Kia's AutoQ can download free inspection coupons from each company's integrated service applications: Hyundai's 'My Hyundai,' Genesis's 'My Genesis,' and Kia's 'Kia VIK,' and visit within the designated period to receive the service. For visits to direct service centers, inspections are available by prior reservation.

A Hyundai Motor and Kia official stated, "We prepared the free inspection service to help ensure safe long-distance travel during the Lunar New Year holiday," adding, "We will continue to do our best to repay our customers' support by providing practical benefits through various services."
