By accessing the insurance claim menu on the official application or mobile website, users can follow the guided procedures to enter accident information and upload claim documents to file an insurance claim. Until now, Lotte Insurance has operated the mobile insurance claim system for major products such as disease, traveler, and Coupang Ansim Care insurance.

Expanding the mobile insurance claim system is expected to improve claim convenience and significantly reduce processing time.

A Lotte Insurance official stated, "General insurance and corporate customers, whose claim procedures were somewhat complicated, can now easily file insurance claims via mobile," adding, "We will do our best to complete various digital innovation tasks to provide differentiated customer experiences."
