[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Clean Nara donated 1 million diapers to the Community Chest of Korea, also known as the Fruit of Love, on the 18th.
Clean Nara has been manufacturing baby diapers for 35 years, supporting the growth of countless children. Recently, aiming to strengthen ESG management, the company is practicing various social contribution activities to fulfill its corporate social responsibility.
Clean Nara decided on this donation to help alleviate economic difficulties and care gaps among low-income groups caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. The 1 million diapers worth approximately 300 million KRW will be delivered to low-income families with children through Good Neighbors after a recipient selection process.
Choi Hyun-soo, CEO of Clean Nara, said, "We are pleased that Clean Nara can contribute to resolving care gaps caused by COVID-19," adding, "We will continue to work together to solve difficulties faced by local communities as a corporate citizen."
