[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyung-min] The hearing for the injunction case filed by Kim Geon-hee, spouse of Yoon Seok-yeol, the People Power Party's presidential candidate, against the YouTube channel 'Yeollin Gonggam TV' to prevent the disclosure of phone call contents with a 'Seoul-ui Sori' official will be held on the 19th.

The Seoul Central District Court Civil Division 50 (Presiding Judge Song Kyung-geun) will conduct the hearing for Kim's injunction request to prohibit broadcasting and distribution against Yeollin Gonggam TV at 2:30 p.m. that day.

Kim filed the injunction against MBC, Seoul-ui Sori, and Yeollin Gonggam TV, who had announced plans to disclose the contents of a 7-hour phone call with Lee Myung-su, a cameraman working for Seoul-ui Sori. She requested that the call contents not be disclosed. Previously, Lee had reported the call contents with Kim to MBC, and MBC announced plans to release the recording file.

The Seoul Western District Court Civil Division 21 (Presiding Judge Park Byung-tae), which received the injunction application against MBC, allowed the disclosure of most contents except for daily conversations unrelated to investigations or political opinions about Kim, and complaints about the media on the 14th.

Consequently, MBC broadcast the parts permitted by the court on the 16th in the current affairs program 'Exploratory Planning Straight.' Subsequently, Seoul-ui Sori and Yeollin Gonggam TV additionally disclosed some call contents not released by MBC on their YouTube channels.

The Seoul Central District Court, which received the injunction applications against Seoul-ui Sori and Yeollin Gonggam TV, assigned only the Yeollin Gonggam TV case to Civil Division 50 and transferred the Seoul-ui Sori case to the Seoul Southern District Court considering jurisdiction.
