Lotte Group's Quiet Memorial for Late Founder Shin Kyuk-ho on 2nd Anniversary

On the 18th, Shin Dong-bin, Chairman of Lotte, is paying tribute by laying flowers in front of the bust on the 1st floor of Lotte World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul, commemorating the 2nd anniversary of the passing of Shin Kyuk-ho, the founder of Lotte.

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Lotte Group held a memorial service for the 2nd anniversary of the late founder Shin Kyuk-ho.

On the 18th, Lotte Holdings announced that on the day before the 2nd anniversary (19th) of founder Shin Kyuk-ho, Chairman Shin Dong-bin and Vice Chairmen Song Yong-duk and Lee Dong-woo of Lotte Holdings attended a memorial service at Lotte World Tower in Jamsil, Seoul.

Lotte Group executives and employees plan to voluntarily pay their respects with flowers from the 18th to the 19th. It was reported that Chairman Shin previously visited the ancestral grave in Ulju-gun, Ulsan on the 15th to pay tribute.

Last November, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of founder Shin Kyuk-ho's birth, Lotte installed a bust and established a memorial hall at Lotte World Tower.
