[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Shin Dongju, chairman of SDJ Corporation, has sold all of his shares in Lotte Confectionery.
Lotte Confectionery announced on the 18th that Chairman Shin sold 71,852 shares (1.12% stake). Chairman Shin sold the shares on the 14th through off-hours trading at 114,080 KRW per share, securing a total of 8,196,880,000 KRW.
With this sale, the largest shareholder's stake in Lotte Confectionery decreased from 76.98% (4,939,742 shares) to 75.68% (4,867,890 shares).
