[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun announced on the 18th that the application period for the Energy Voucher project will be extended until the 31st.
The original application deadline was December 31 of last year, but it has been extended to the 31st due to system inspections and other reasons.
Applications can be submitted at the administrative welfare centers of the eup/myeon corresponding to the resident registration address.
The Energy Voucher project supports the purchase costs of electricity, city gas, district heating, kerosene, LPG, and briquettes for energy-vulnerable groups.
The support targets are households that meet both income criteria and household member characteristic criteria.
Among recipients of livelihood or medical benefits under the National Basic Livelihood Security Act, if the applicant or a household member is an elderly person (born on or before December 31, 1956), an infant or toddler (born on or after January 1, 2015), a person with disabilities, a pregnant woman, a person with severe, rare, or intractable diseases, a single-parent family, or a girl-headed household, they can apply.
The support amount varies according to the number of household members, ranging from a minimum of 96,500 KRW (for a single-person household) to a maximum of 191,000 KRW (for households of four or more).
If selected as a support recipient, the voucher can be used until April 30.
For more details, contact the eup/myeon administrative welfare center or the Energy Industry Team of the Job Policy Office at the county office.
