Himchan Construction to Open Model Houses for 'Dongtan Station Herium Central 1, 2, and 3' on the 18th

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Himchan Construction announced that it will open the model house for the residential officetel complex "Dongtan Station Herium Central Phases 1, 2, and 3," located in the Dongtan general commercial area within the Dongtan 2 New Town Cultural Design Valley in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, on the 18th.

Dongtan Station Herium Central consists of three buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 10 above-ground floors, with a total of 450 units having exclusive areas of 59 to 72㎡. By type, Phase 1 (Block 9-4) includes ▲59㎡A 72 units ▲59㎡B 63 units ▲62㎡C 9 units; Phase 2 (Block 9-5) includes ▲59㎡A 90 units ▲63㎡B 27 units ▲69㎡C 18 units ▲63㎡D 9 units; Phase 3 (Block 15-1) includes ▲59㎡A 72 units ▲64㎡B 54 units ▲72㎡C 36 units.

Anyone aged 19 or older can apply for one unit per person without a subscription savings account, regardless of home ownership or household head status. The application deposit is 5 million KRW, and the announcement of winners and contract signing will take place at the model house after 10 a.m. on the 22nd. Move-in is scheduled for January 2024.

Dongtan Station Herium Central is located near Dongtan Station on the SRT (Suseo High-Speed Railway), with easy access to major roads in Dongtan 2 New Town such as Dongtan-daero and Dongtan Circular Road. It is also close to the Gyeongbu Expressway and the Dongtan junction of the Seoul Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway, enabling fast travel to other regions.
