[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Korean food franchise company Bon I F will hold a brand integrated startup briefing session at 11 a.m. on the 25th at the Academy Hall on the 1st floor of the Bon I F headquarters building (YP Center) in Yangpyeong-dong, Seoul.
The startup briefing session is an event prepared to provide startup information for four Bon I F brands?Bonjuk & Bibimbap, Bon Dosirak, Bon Seolleongtang, and Bon Wooribansang?all in one place.
Despite the prolonged COVID-19 situation causing difficulties across the dining industry, Bon I F has shown steady growth. The Bon I F brand achieved 2,000 franchise stores nationwide last year. Bon Dosirak, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, surpassed 400 franchise stores nationwide last year after focusing on solidifying its foundation.
There is also Bon Wooribansang, a premium Korean food brand that consolidates Bon I F's 19 years of experience and capabilities. For first contracts this year, benefits such as support for membership fees and interior costs are provided, and for franchise contracts from the 2nd to the 20th store, half of the membership fee is supported. Bon I F plans to expand the brand integrated startup briefing sessions to once a month, including online sessions and regional startup briefings, considering the convenience of prospective entrepreneurs.
Additionally, two brands, Bon Dosirak and Bon Seolleongtang, will be present at the COEX Startup Fair held from the 20th to the 22nd at Hall B on the 1st floor of COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
At the startup fair, Bon Dosirak plans to showcase a shop-in-shop model that adds cooking side dishes and salad concepts to its premium Korean lunchbox menu. To celebrate the brand’s 10th anniversary, prospective entrepreneurs who sign contracts through the startup fair will receive discounts on startup fees.
Bon Seolleongtang, which is about to open its 50th store, plans to present a stable startup system based on its menu, brand tradition, and Bon I F’s Korean food know-how to prospective entrepreneurs. Limited startup benefits for the 50th store will also be offered to prospective entrepreneurs through this fair.
