Jeju Air provides all employees with winter snacks such as steamed buns, honey pancakes, and roasted eggs until mid-February to help them stay warm during the winter.
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Jeju Air announced on the 18th that it will provide unlimited winter snacks such as hotteok buns, roasted eggs, and fish cakes to help employees have a warm winter.
Jeju Air installed microwaves and other equipment in various locations such as the maintenance headquarters, cabin lounges, and airport sites to allow employees working in the cold to freely enjoy a variety of winter snacks like hotteok buns, roasted eggs, and fish cakes until next month.
Additionally, hot packs were distributed to mechanics working outdoors in severe cold, and warm coffee gifticons were given to locations with fewer staff. Since 2016, Jeju Air has been providing snacks to employees for seven consecutive years, offering ice cream in summer and hotteok buns in winter.
