'Fam-Zam' is a portmanteau of Family and Zam (fun), referring to the consumer sentiment of wanting to enjoy the increased time spent with family due to COVID-19 in a fun way.
The Winter Family Package includes a one-night stay and breakfast buffet benefits at the Grand Kitchen for a family of three (two adults and one child under 12 years old). Guests can choose between a Classic Room and a Junior Suite Room. An extra bed is provided free of charge to ensure comfort for three guests. Additionally, a 'Kodak Mini Shot 2 Retro Polaroid Camera' is available for rent to create special memories of the hotel stay.
The package also includes various benefits at the indoor Parnas Mall and Starfield COEX Mall, so guests do not need to go outside in the cold winter. It offers one voucher for a hand-packed ice cream (pint) of choice from 100 flavors at the Baskin-Robbins flagship store in Parnas Mall, and two tickets to the COEX Aquarium, which is a great experience for children.
A signature I-Bear gift set, featuring the hotel’s mascot I-Bear character, is also provided. The set includes a corduroy I-Bear doll, a mini-sized keyring, a phone grip talk, stickers and postcards for diary decoration, all part of the hotel’s private brand (PB) items. Guests can also use the 25-meter indoor swimming pool and the Metropolitan Fitness Club.
