Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Gyeongnam Bar Association Sign Business Agreement to Respond to the Serious Accident Punishment Act

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] The Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Gyeongnam Regional Bar Association signed a 'Business Agreement for Responding to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act' on the 17th.

This agreement was prepared to support the prevention of industrial accidents and legal assistance activities for the protection of the rights and interests of businesspeople in member companies of the Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry in relation to the 'Serious Accidents Punishment Act' scheduled to be enforced on the 27th.

According to the agreement, the two organizations will jointly hold explanatory sessions on responding to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, provide 1:1 matching and consultation with lawyers for each network of the Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and jointly form a TF team and respond together in case of serious accidents.

At the signing ceremony, six representatives of local business associations, including Gu Ja-cheon, chairman of the Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Lee Sang-gil, chairman of the Jinbuk Industrial Complex Resident Companies Council, attended, along with six lawyers including Do Chun-seok, chairman of the Gyeongnam Regional Bar Association, and Park Yoon-kwon, vice chairman.
