[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Fairmont Ambassador Seoul announced on the 17th that it has recruited Morgan M?ller, a French authentic bakery specialist, as its Head Baker. With this recruitment, Fairmont Ambassador Seoul plans to deliver the authentic French bakery experience, providing customers with a richer gourmet experience.

Head Baker Morgan M?ller, originally from Paris, France, inherited authentic bakery techniques from his parents who ran a bakery, and based on this, he has built bakery experience in various countries including France. In Korea, he worked at well-known establishments such as Gontran Cherrier, as well as Les D?lices d'Anne Broas and Maison Landemain Bakery in Paris, France. He also served as the Executive Chef at Michelina, a bakery specialty company in Los Angeles, USA.

His signature bakery menu includes naturally fermented sourdough bread with a unique flavor. Additionally, he emphasizes using healthy ingredients to bring out the original taste of bread through baguettes, whole wheat bread, rye bread, and more.

Morgan M?ller plans to showcase his signature naturally fermented bread, gluten-free bread, keto bread, and other healthy and distinctive breads at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul, using premium ingredients such as French flour and butter.

Morgan M?ller said, "I am delighted to join Fairmont Ambassador Seoul, the first Fairmont hotel in Korea, as Head Baker," adding, "I intend to embody authentic French bakery while embracing the hotel's food and beverage motto of 'Hyper-local.'"

Meanwhile, Fairmont Ambassador Seoul is the first hotel in Korea introduced by Fairmont, a luxury brand within the Accor Group, officially opening last February within the Yeouido Parc.1 complex. It operates a total of 326 guest rooms, four food and beverage outlets, banquet halls, a fitness club, and a spa.
