A key advantage is that customers can request various necessary documents such as policies and certificates and conveniently receive them via fax or other means.
It is now possible to replace or change insured persons under group insurance, making it more convenient compared to the previous method of visiting the customer plaza or handling through a consultant. Additionally, funds in corporate variable insurance can be freely changed, enabling faster and more flexible corporate asset management.
A Samsung Life Insurance official stated, "Through the dedicated website, group and corporate customers can conveniently use a variety of services," adding, "We will continue to innovate digital channels to enhance customer satisfaction."
