SH Corporation Reports New Year Business Plans Including 'Apartment Sale Cost' to Mayor Oh

Kim Heon-dong, President of SH Corporation, is scheduled to present this year's major business plans to Mayor Oh, including the current status of the 'apartment sale cost' disclosure.

In particular, the apartment sale cost is being fully disclosed nationwide for the first time by Seoul City and SH Corporation since the end of last year, covering 71 items such as land development costs. This is part of Mayor Oh's campaign promises and included in the five major innovation plans of SH Corporation announced in November last year.

Meanwhile, starting with SH Corporation, Mayor Oh plans to visit Seoul Business Agency, Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation, Seoul Transportation Corporation, and others to receive New Year's business reports.
