Major complexes include 'Hoban Summit Granville II' in Osan Segyo 2 District, Gyeonggi Province, 'Nanabarua Apartment 102 Building' and 'Yeongdae Hospital Station Gold Class Central' in Nam-gu, Daegu.

On the same day, Bokwang General Construction will accept first-priority local subscription applications for 'Gwangju Bangnim Gold Class' built in 1-1 Bangnim-dong, Nam-gu, Gwangju. The complex consists of 6 buildings, from 1 basement floor to 25 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 84 to 219㎡, totaling 418 households. It is close to Hakdong Jungsimsa Entrance Station on Gwangju Subway Line 1.
On the 19th, Joongheung Construction will open the model house for 'Gimhae Naedeok District Joongheung S-Class The First' located at 21-3 Naedeok-dong, Gimhae City, Gyeongnam, and start full-scale sales. The complex consists of 10 buildings, from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, totaling 1,040 households.
