Goodoc's non-face-to-face reception tablet is a contactless medical reception solution developed to alleviate the workload in medical settings and enhance user convenience. Goodoc's non-face-to-face reception tablet, which has recorded a cumulative 25 million reception cases, is used by an average of 1 million hospital visitors per month.
Hanam Samsung Wellness Clinic, the 4,000th institution to adopt the non-face-to-face reception tablet, explained that they decided to partner for the purpose of improving efficient hospital management, as they provide emergency disease treatment and operate 365 days a year without holidays. They added that the ability to project an image of a "smart and young hospital" especially to younger patients was also a positive factor.
