Hi Investment & Securities Holds Ethical Management Practice Proclamation Ceremony

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Hi Investment & Securities announced on the 13th that it held a declaration ceremony for the practice of ethical management at its headquarters' main conference room in Yeouido, Seoul, attended by CEO Hong Won-sik, executives, and employee representatives.

This declaration ceremony was organized to emphasize the commitment to ethical management and to raise the awareness level of ethical management among executives and employees. The event proceeded with all executives and employees jointly chanting the ethical management slogan.

Hi Investment & Securities plans to promote various activities to actively practice ethical management.

First, each division will select and announce specific action items, and individual employees will set and operate ethical management posting phrases in internal and external emails. Additionally, a daily ethical compliance self-commitment checklist will be operated for all executives and employees, and ethical management education activities such as expert courses will be expanded.

So far, Hi Investment & Securities has reorganized related regulations such as the code of ethics to ensure that ethical management is established as a corporate culture. It has operated a quarterly Ethical Management Practice Day to share improvement opinions on corruption-prone areas by each department and has conducted ethical management education at least once as part of the ethical management practice program.
