'Hanwha Forena Cheonan Notaet' Offering a Park Equivalent to 25 Soccer Fields in Area

Hanwha Construction announced on the 13th that it will open a cyber model house for the apartment complex 'Hanwha Forena Cheonan Nota' located at 440-11, Seongseong-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungnam, and 76-50, Baekseok-dong, and begin sales.

The complex will be built with 15 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,608 households and exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 114㎡. By area, there are △84㎡A 527 households △84㎡B 339 households △84㎡C 136 households △84㎡D 340 households △114㎡A 119 households △114㎡B 123 households △114㎡C 24 households.

Hanwha Forena Cheonan Nota is adjacent to Nota Neighborhood Park, which Cheonan City is promoting as a private park, providing a pleasant residential environment. Nota Neighborhood Park, which surrounds the complex, is planned to be developed on a total area of 178,041㎡, approximately the size of 25 international standard soccer fields (7,140㎡ each).

The complex is designed with all units facing mainly south, featuring innovative 4-bay floor plans, two-sided open tower designs, and ample interior space through features such as entrance storage and pantries (varying by type).

For vehicle users, access to Cheonan IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway, Samsung-daero, and Beonyeong-ro makes travel to Cheonan, the metropolitan area, and wider regions convenient. Hanwha Forena Cheonan Nota will begin special supply on January 24, followed by first priority applications for the relevant area on the 25th, first priority for other areas on the 26th, and second priority applications on the 27th.
