Event Offering Full Brokerage Fee Support to Users of Dabangs and Dabang Sign

[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] Station3, which operates the real estate platform Dabang, is conducting an event that supports brokerage fees for users of DabangSign.

On the 12th, Dabang announced that it will hold the "Now DabangSign! Brokerage Fee 0 Won!" event, which fully supports brokerage fees for real estate transactions contracted through DabangSign, a non-face-to-face real estate contract service launched in December last year.

This event is offered to all Dabang members who complete non-face-to-face contracts via DabangSign through the Dabang application. Dabang directly pays 100% of the brokerage fees to the brokers on behalf of tenants. The event was planned to alleviate housing cost burdens for Dabang users and to promote the non-face-to-face contract service.

DabangSign, the first private company's non-face-to-face real estate contract service, allows tenants, landlords, and brokers to conduct real estate lease and jeonse contracts remotely. All procedures, from property search to contract signing, can be completed through the Dabang app without visiting a licensed real estate office. Currently, DabangSign is being prioritized in some areas of Seoul and plans to expand its service areas sequentially.

Above all, properties listed on DabangSign are directly verified by Dabang. Users can check the property condition through advanced technologies such as 3D VIEW and 360˚ VR, and videos are directly filmed and provided to confirm key tenant concerns such as water pressure, drainage, and interior option furniture.

Han Yusoon, CEO of Station3 Dabang, said, "If the non-face-to-face real estate contract service 'DabangSign' becomes active, it will bring significant changes to the entire housing industry in the future," adding, "We plan to gradually achieve innovative housing services through Dabang's unique proptech capabilities."
