[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Korean Red Cross Gwangju Jeonnam Branch (Chairman Heo Jeong) is dispatching relief meal vehicles to support the site of the exterior wall collapse accident at a newly built apartment in Seo-gu, Gwangju.
According to the Red Cross Gwangju Jeonnam Branch on the 12th, the relief meal vehicle is currently parked near the accident site.
Upon learning of the exterior wall collapse damage, Red Cross volunteers from the Gwangju area provided 200 servings of cup noodles to on-site relief workers on the day of the accident, the previous day, organized by groups. From the morning of the day, they are supporting 200 servings of on-site food including cup noodles and beverages for personnel involved in the restoration work.
Along with relief meals, the Disaster Psychological Recovery Support Center is operating to alleviate the mental and psychological shock of citizens who suffered direct and indirect damage and to help them return to normal daily life quickly through counseling activities.
