[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Coway announced on the 12th that its Noble water purifier series (Built-in, Horizontal, Vertical, RO) has obtained the AI+ certification, hosted by the Korea Standards Association.


This certification was achieved by passing both the on-site audit of the quality management system international standard (ISO 9001) and the product testing based on international software quality standards with excellent scores.


The AI+ certification is the only artificial intelligence quality certification in Korea. It is a system that evaluates and certifies the quality level of AI products in terms of reliability and safety based on international standards.


The Coway Noble water purifier implements a smart diagnostic function that autonomously manages the product status using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This function monitors the product status in real time and guides users on how to resolve issues when abnormalities are detected.


If water is not supplied normally to the purifier, the product detects the abnormality itself and notifies the user, providing simple troubleshooting methods such as checking the raw water valve that customers can perform easily. If the issue is difficult to resolve, when connecting to the customer center, the product’s faulty part is identified in advance, enabling accurate consultation and prompt after-sales service registration.


This product also features voice guidance and IoT functions, supporting convenient and smart product management anywhere through the IoCare app.
