MBI Solution, a company specializing in customer experience solutions, announced that it has secured a 4 billion KRW investment from Naver Clova.
Through this investment, Happytalk will accelerate its global market expansion and AI-based service development, while also gaining momentum for launching new products in the first half of this year.
MBI Solution’s flagship solution, ‘Happytalk SaaS,’ integrates customer inquiries from channels such as web chat, KakaoTalk, Naver TalkTalk, Instagram, and SNS, enabling real-time responses from a single channel. Happytalk is leading the way in building an environment where companies can communicate with customers in a personalized manner.
Kim Beom-su, CEO of MBI Solution, stated, “Our company has been striving to develop better services at the forefront of communication channels between customers and businesses. Our main service, Happytalk, is a chat consultation solution combining universal messengers and chatbots, currently used by top domestic and international large corporations.”
He added, “Our service consultation call, which innovates corporate phone systems, has introduced an innovative method connecting traditional phones with cloud ARS, rapidly expanding the market and enhancing customer experience. With this investment, we plan to integrate AI into existing services, strengthen versatility, innovate customer experience, and pursue global market entry.”
Jung Seok-geun, CEO of Naver Clova, said, “We expect various synergies to be created through the collaboration of the customer consultation specialized solution Happytalk and Naver Clova’s advanced AI technology.”
Meanwhile, Happytalk, launched in 2016, is a cloud CS solution brand specializing in improving customer experience, with approximately 25,000 domestic and international clients using the service. Recently, the company has further strengthened its cooperation with Naver by migrating its cloud infrastructure to Naver Cloud. In collaboration with Naver Cloud, they have applied security monitoring services and various security solutions to maximize security performance.
