'Tada' Secures Taxi Licenses for 80 Vehicles... Expands Service

VCNC, the operator of the mobility platform 'Tada,' has acquired the license of a corporate taxi transportation corporation.

On the 12th, VCNC announced that it completed a contract with the transportation corporation that expressed its intention to transfer the license rights, securing the operation rights for a fleet of 80 taxis.

The company explained that the acquired taxi licenses will be allocated to the large taxi service 'Tada Next' within this year. They plan to make multifaceted efforts to meet user demand and improve dispatch rates during peak hours.

Lee Jeong-haeng, CEO of Tada, said, "This contract aims to improve the practical difficulties faced by corporate taxis based on Tada's technical and experiential know-how, ultimately rewarding drivers with better compensation and enhancing the professional status of Tada drivers. We will do our best to operate in a way that benefits both parties."

Tada plans to recruit corporate taxi drivers to participate in 'Tada Next' using the acquired licenses.
