CJ OnStyle Conducts Large-Scale Recruitment of Experienced IT Developers On the 10th, CJ OnStyle launched the largest-ever public recruitment of information technology (IT) personnel since its establishment.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] CJ OnStyle announced on the 10th that it will accelerate the strengthening of its digital capabilities through the largest-ever public recruitment of information technology (IT) personnel since its founding.


This recruitment involves a three-digit number of hires across a total of 16 fields related to IT development, information security, and e-service planning, including ▲platform development ▲frontend development ▲application (app) development ▲backend development.


The hiring process for IT development positions evaluates applicants first through a coding test without a separate document screening, followed by interviews to select the final successful candidates. Applications can be submitted through the CJ Group recruitment site under ‘CJ ENM Commerce Division IT Development and Service Planning Experienced Recruitment.’ CJ OnStyle began recruiting on the 4th and is currently conducting ongoing recruitment.


Recently, CJ OnStyle has been rapidly transforming both internally and externally to strengthen its digital-based mobile business competitiveness. To achieve swift digital innovation, the existing e-commerce organization was further segmented to place specialized personnel in each field. In September last year, Lee Young-ah, who possesses IT expertise in both online and offline commerce, was newly appointed as the DT (Digital Transformation) promotion manager, and a flexible work system and efficient organizational changes were implemented.
