The drama Gongjakdosi is a mystery seamless thriller set against the backdrop of the upper class of the Seongjin Group, which controls South Korea's financial and political circles, depicting fierce desires to reach the top position. In the upper-class mansions featured in the drama, viewers can glimpse stylish interiors and various concept furniture in the homes of the main characters (Kim Mi-sook, Su-ae).
In particular, the living room space of Yoon Jae-hee's (played by Su-ae) townhouse, frequently shown in the drama, features the All Studio sofa, Stance Rose sofa table, the Helen20 beige dining table in the kitchen, and the Jade bed, drawer, and credenza in the bedroom? all key furniture pieces are Emons products.
The product receiving special attention is the All Studio sofa in Yoon Jae-hee's townhouse. The All Studio sofa was collaboratively designed and sponsored by the Emons Design Research Team and the Gongjakdosi art team from the concept stage before the drama production, undergoing several revisions before being released simultaneously with the drama's airing. The styling aimed to express understated luxury by excluding the typical one-dimensional extravagance often associated with the upper class, focusing instead on materials, colors, and design as key points.
The All Studio sofa uses natural leather throughout and is available in two colors, navy and camel, with combinations of 3-seater, single-seater, daybed, and stool, allowing for trendy arrangements.
No Hyun-gwan, head of PR at Emons Furniture, said, "With the drama's popularity, many customers have been curious about the spaces and furniture featured in Gongjakdosi, leading to increased inquiries about Yoon Jae-hee's sofa, bed, and dining table." He added, "To commemorate the collaboration release with the Gongjakdosi art team, we have planned a special discount event until the 10th of next month."
