[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Trainee Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Kim Ki-hong, team leader of the University Innovation Administration Support Team at Dong-Eui University, received a commendation from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education.
Team Leader Kim was awarded for his contributions to the advancement of higher education through his work on the University Innovation Support Project over three years, from the 2019 academic year to the 2021 academic year.
Kim served as the planning general team leader for both the University Innovation Support Project and the PRIME (Leading Industry-University Cooperation Project) carried out by Dong-Eui University from 2016 to 2018.
Kim said, “The commendation was possible because all members within the university worked together to successfully carry out the University Innovation Support Project,” and added, “The project team will work hard to ensure the success of the second cycle of the University Innovation Support Project.”
The University Innovation Support Project is a program led by the Ministry of Education that supports comprehensive autonomous innovation of universities through selecting innovation strategies and tasks that align with the university’s vision, goals, and conditions.
