Created within the New Building Kids Village... Miffy and Friends Experience Zone, Kids Cooking Class, etc.
Available to guests until March 31, with 'Photo Time with Miffy' every weekend
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Paradise Hotel Busan announced on the 4th that it will open the 'Miffy Kids Village,' a collaboration with the Netherlands' representative character Miffy, on the 7th to celebrate the winter vacation.
Miffy is a rabbit character that appeared in a book published in 1955 by the world-renowned artist and picture book author Dick Bruna, under the concept of "a picture book for children to meet for the first time." With its childlike drawing style and high recognition across all generations, Miffy has gained popularity by permeating various aspects of daily life such as fashion, household goods, toys, and animation.
Paradise Hotel Busan operates programs such as an experience zone and cooking classes within the Kids Village located on the basement first floor of the new building, utilizing the friendly charm of Miffy and Friends characters. The 'Miffy and Friends Experience Zone' is divided into four areas: a play experience zone, a reading zone, a photo zone, and a video zone, where visitors can learn about family love, friendship, confidence, and a spirit of challenge. In the play experience zone, visitors can participate in coloring, toy play, and crown making with Miffy and Friends characters. The reading zone is equipped with books by author Dick Bruna. In the photo and video zones, visitors can take certification photos and watch videos of Miffy and friends.
From Friday to Sunday every week, a kids cooking class is held for up to four pre-registered participants, led by LEO, a leisure entertainment expert at Paradise Hotel Busan. In the main building lobby, a photo time event is held every Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM, where visitors can meet the Miffy character from the fairy tale and take pictures.
The 'Miffy Kids Village' is open free of charge to all hotel guests from the 7th until March 31. Operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, with facility inspections and disinfection conducted every day from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
