[Asia Economy Reporter Park So-yeon] Roswell is hitting the daily upper limit for consecutive days. This is interpreted as a strong performance following the news that its subsidiary Jiangsu Roswell was exclusively selected as the smart home terminal system supplier for China’s state-owned telecommunications equipment company ZTE Corporation.
As of 9:56 AM on the 4th, Roswell is trading on the KOSDAQ market at 586 KRW, up 135 KRW (29.93%) compared to the previous day. Following increases of 29.96% on December 30 last year and 29.97% on January 3, it has hit the daily upper limit for three consecutive trading days.
On December 30 last year, Roswell announced that its subsidiary Jiangsu Roswell signed a supply contract worth 1.6472 trillion KRW for home smart phone information terminal products with ZTE Corporation. This amount corresponds to 2845% of recent sales revenue.
Roswell was established in 2014 under Hong Kong law as a holding company.
Its main business purpose is to control subsidiaries located in the People’s Republic of China, and it owns Yangzhou Boxing Technology Development Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Roswell Electric Co., Ltd., Beijing Roswell Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd., and Changchun Haoten Electronics Co., Ltd.
Its market capitalization is 105.6 billion KRW, ranking 945th on the KOSDAQ.
