Cass, Exercise of Convertible Bonds Worth 900 Million KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Cass announced on the 9th that conversion rights were exercised for approximately 900 million KRW of the 12th anonymous, unsecured private convertible bonds. The shares to be converted amount to 382,327 shares and are scheduled to be listed on the 28th of this month.
