SK Shieldus has been promoting the development of a new video monitoring solution that goes beyond the existing CCTV functions limited to surveillance and security to help customers generate profits. Caps ViewGuardAI provides CCTV equipped with multifunctional AI technology. This CCTV enables object-based video analysis of people, vehicles, and more, and also features the ability to directly designate desired surveillance areas within the screen. Additionally, it offers high-definition video capture with two types of cameras: a wide-angle indoor dome camera and a camera optimized for outdoor environments.

Caps ViewGuardAI offers a free search service utilizing AI functions. Users can quickly and accurately find desired videos based on criteria such as people, vehicles, designated areas, intrusion, and visits through a dedicated application and web page. This greatly improves user convenience by eliminating the inconvenience of having to rewind videos in reverse chronological order, which was common in existing video monitoring services.

Another feature is big data-based marketing analysis. Operators set customer movement paths within the CCTV screen, and the AI CCTV collects data on visiting customers accordingly. Based on this big data, daily visitor statistics reports are provided according to the number of visitors, gender, and age group, enabling operators to analyze visitor types and create additional sales opportunities.
