Daehong Planning Receives Ministerial Commendation as an Excellent Family-Friendly Company from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family

On the 16th, Daehong Communications received the Minister of Gender Equality and Family Award for being an 'Excellent Family-Friendly Company of 2021'.

The Family-Friendly Certification program is a system that grants certification to companies and public institutions that operate family-friendly policies exemplary. Daehong Planning has been selected as a family-friendly certified company for three consecutive times since 2016.

Daehong Planning designed welfare systems tailored to employees’ life cycles, such as welfare point payments, housing loan support, and support for children’s school admission and tuition fees. In particular, as an organizational culture innovation measure for work-life balance, it operates welfare systems including self-approval for flexible vacation use, refresh leave granted to long-term employees, and mandatory spouse paternity leave.
