[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Lotte Chilsung Beverage is partnering with Homeplus and the Community Chest of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the Community Chest) to conduct a "Good Consumption Campaign" at Homeplus stores nationwide and online channels until the end of January next year.
This campaign is planned under the concept of "Participate in the Good Consumption Campaign and Spend Winter with Warm Sharing." It is a social contribution activity where consumers, companies, and charitable organizations join together to practice sharing in daily life by turning beverage consumption into donations.
Through the Good Consumption Campaign, consumers can participate in donation activities by purchasing a total of 16 products including Chilsung Cider, Pepsi Cola, Cantata Contrabass, Trevi, Milkis, and Orangina. Lotte Chilsung Beverage and Homeplus plan to collect an amount equivalent to 2% of the beverage sales revenue sold until the end of January next year and donate it to the Community Chest to support underprivileged groups.
During the event period, Lotte Chilsung Beverage will install a separate Love Sharing stand at Homeplus stores nationwide to promote the Good Consumption Campaign and sell two types of Community Chest packages consisting of thank-you cards and badges, along with various beverage products. In addition, customers who purchase event items worth more than 12,000 KRW will be given a commemorative gift consisting of four hot packs on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to a total of 6,000 sets.
A Lotte Chilsung Beverage official said, "We hope that through the Good Consumption Campaign, which involves consumers, companies, and charitable organizations, warm hearts and donations will come together to deliver warm comfort to our neighbors this winter."
Meanwhile, Lotte Chilsung Beverage has been carrying out various sharing and volunteer activities such as supporting special shoes for children with walking disabilities, attaching signboards on sales vehicles to find missing children through the Green Ribbon Campaign, supporting gifted art students in partnership with the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation, and donating to the Angel Free Meal Service.
