Hanwha Securities Selected as Outstanding Institution in Financial Investment and Payment ARS Sectors

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Hanwha Investment & Securities has been recognized by the government as a financial company that operates ARS (Automatic Response System) exemplary and received an award.

Hanwha Investment & Securities announced on the 20th that it received an award as an outstanding institution in the financial investment and payment services sector in the "2021 ARS Operation Status Analysis and Evaluation" hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT.

This evaluation was conducted through telephone monitoring surveys and self-diagnosis questionnaires based on 15 evaluation indicators, including ARS menu standardization, easing of usage fee sharing, targeting a total of 205 operating institutions including public and private sectors.

As a result, Hanwha Investment & Securities was evaluated for enhancing customer convenience by standardizing the ARS menu and providing recipient-pays (080) lines based on the "Guidelines for Improving ARS Service Operation."
