HDC Hyundai Development Company’s residential officetel 'Cheongna International City I-Park,' supplied at C17-1-1BL in Cheongna International City, Incheon Free Economic Zone, has closed all types of subscriptions with a highest competition rate of 658.5 to 1.
According to Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home on the 18th, the subscription for 'Cheongna International City I-Park' held over two days on the 16th and 17th received 15,104 applications for 1,020 units, recording an average competition rate of 14.8 to 1. The highest competition rate was in District 4 (exclusive area 84㎡), which received a total of 3,951 applications.
Winners will be announced on Wednesday, the 22nd, followed by official contracts from Thursday, the 23rd to Saturday, the 25th. The contract terms are 10% deposit, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance, with a fixed deposit of 10 million KRW for the first payment (to be fully paid within one month) and an interest-free benefit on the 60% interim payment.
A sales official stated, "The project is located in a prime area where one can enjoy the future value of Cheongna International City up close. The specialized design, including highly preferred two-room types and terraces with sea views, has attracted many demanders."
The complex is being developed at C17-1-1BL in Cheongna International City, Incheon Free Economic Zone, consisting of two buildings from six basement floors to 42 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,020 units ranging from 24 to 84㎡ in exclusive area.
It is adjacent to Hana Financial Town and Cheongna Medical Complex Town, which are considered core development projects of Cheongna International City. The Cheongna International City Station, the starting point of the recently accelerated Line 7 Cheongna extension, is also within walking distance.
Cheongna International City Station, which has emerged as a triple station area, is also accessible on foot. Currently, the station serves the Airport Railroad and is confirmed to be directly connected to Line 9. Additionally, the basic plan for the Line 7 Cheongna extension has been completed, with construction scheduled to start within the year. Once the Line 7 Cheongna extension opens, travel time from Cheongna International City Station to Seoul Express Bus Terminal Station is expected to be reduced by 20 to 30 minutes. The scheduled move-in date is July 2025.
