The Transportation and Environment Challenge is a project that discovers social ventures solving social issues in the transportation and environment sectors through business models, providing support such as funding, education, and accelerating programs.
On this day, support funds were provided to the five teams finally selected as the 3rd social ventures in September, and the results of their projects after 10 weeks of accelerating support were shared.
The five teams?MobaWheel, an AI-based integrated road information and traffic safety solution company; InfiAI, a company providing a non-face-to-face alcohol body temperature measurement system to prevent drunk driving accidents; NutriIndustry, a company recycling food waste into pig feed; Tobos, a company offering a distribution solution for surplus construction materials in construction waste; and NetSpa, a company recycling discarded fishing nets?introduced their businesses and achievements and revealed their future growth plans.
Additionally, among the 10 teams that participated as challengers in the 1st and 2nd rounds, the growth status and business achievements of Kokiri Gongjang and Bluewing Motors, selected as outstanding companies, were also presented following their challenger projects.
A DB Insurance official said, "It was a meaningful time to share the achievements of the existing cohorts and the 3rd cohort with many people," adding, "Based on the business and social achievements of social ventures, we will strive to create more diverse social values in the future."
